What Obligations Do I Have?
Reseller will be responsible for the following:
- An initial and annual investment of $5,500.00 (currently exempted)
- Attend annual training: How to Sell Carosh Solutions ($250 Value) and How to configure and administer the HIPAA Suite® Software ($500 Value)
- Attend a HIPAA Express® Workshop ($3,900 Value)
- Maintain an annual sales level of $25,000 of Carosh products and services (achieving this level exempts the VAR from the annual fee)
